Life Is How You Tell Your Story
My Professional Background
For over 20 years I worked as a designer and researcher, specializing in educational experiential exhibitions.
I left my career in order to help my son heal. After years of studying, I became a holistic trainer, including a certified Yoga teacher and a Journey Practitioner. My studies included various therapeutic and self-awareness methods and enabled me to attain a deep understanding of the holistic approach to improving our body-mind-emotions.
Some information on the main modalities I integrate and use in my individual and group sessions:
STORIA Method & STORIA Map:
This method lines-out a clear path from our current state and circumstances to the state and circumstances we wish to be in, by using creative and engaging ways including visual guided meditations, introspective exercises, images, stories, key words and methods. The STORIA Map becomes the path to our short-term and long-term goals which shapes our way of life and helps us to be focused and determined to manifest our own destiny.
Healing Energy (Guarire) Level I & Level II:
This is a powerful healing method, where the practitioner becomes a pure channel for the Healing Energy, as he places his hands on various points of the patient’s body. The practice is done with cloths on. It is energizing, uplifting and most people feel some soothing warmth coming out of the practitioner’s hands into those areas were the energy is needed. This practice is very profound as it illustrates how we can tune into the energy that is all around us and within us.
Yoga is a very ancient practice of the body, mind and speech. In the Integrated Yoga sessions, there is a special emphasis on using what is needed. The sessions are designed to strengthen various parts of the body, using specific body postures called Asanas. The postures help to increase our vital energy and its flow within us.
Tibetan Singing Bowls:
The Tibetan Singing Bowls come in various shapes and sizes the bowls are placed on different parts of the body and are played by striking them with a mallet. The bowls produce unique vibrations that clean both the Aura and the internal energy flow.
Bhrigu Yoga is led by the Bhadury family in Varanasi, India. It is a four-generation lineage that was passed down from father to son. Dr. Jayant Kumar Bhadury is the leading authority on Bhrigu Yoga, and teaches it all over the world. The Bhrigu Yoga, is considered to be Yoga for the family. This is to highlight that it can be used as part of our daily life, for happiness and wellbeing. The main principals of Bhrigu Yoga are purification and enhancing of the Vital Energy of body, mind and speech.
The Journey method was developed by Brandon Bays who specialized in emotional healing. Brandon developed this method out of her own experience as she healed herself from cancer in 1992. She has been teaching the Journey method to people all over the world in order to help them live a healthy life. This method helps to release emotional baggage which promotes longevity as it allows our life force to flow freely within us.
